* Each Core API task of 20kb will use 1 credit, credits will be charged based on multiples of 20kb. e.g. if you process a request that is 200kb, you will consume 10 credits. For Premium plans and above, requests below 20kb are not charged.
** When working with large number of rows, most providers provide a pagination option/next page token, this can be configured when building your APIs in the platform and they will run to the limit as per your plan. i.e. if you have 30 pages of data, when running the automation, it will page itself and build a single output for you. Applicable to pages within a single automation.

What are Credits?
Every API call made is a Task, each task of 20kb will use 1 Credit. It is counted everytime a connection is made to the provider and data is moved or pulled into your Automation. Depending on the size of the task and the number of tasks, you will use Credits.
What if I exceed the number of Credits?
If you are exceeding your Credits quota, you will be notified at different points during your subscription month. Allowing you to add/modify your subscription at any time.
How many workflows can I build and trigger?
As many as you like. Your account is not limited by workflows, you are only charged based of Credits used. This means, you can have multiple workflows, running multiple tasks and get charged for only the Credits used.
Is there a minimum integration limit?
No. All our plans give you access to unlimited integrations. You are only charged based on the number of Credits used.
What softwares can the Pathfix Automation platform connect to?
The Automation platform can connect to any 3rd party software that has a REST based API. Using the API builder, you can call any API for any provider with ease.
Which APIs can I connect to?
All of them. Pathfix Automation's flexible system allows you to call any providers APIs directly without waiting on us to configure and make a connector available. This means, you have complete flexibility on API you want to consume.
